ProjektME-

Ben Foot - ProjektNZ

Everyone who attends events generally takes a handful of photos, what happens to those photos? Maybe a couple shared on social media with friends and family, but it would be fair to say most of those wow moments, spontaneous split seconds of love, joy, wonder and reflection captured in photos, often get lost to ever swelling iCloud accounts. "ProkektMe" empowers event goers to share their favourite photos with the wider festival in a giant format that makes their world part of our world.

How ProjektMe Works

The work can be viewed as a projection, LED screen or on a TV.

A QR code is located on the work itself, the public scans QR code with phone, which directs them to an upload page which is themed for your event. They are given the option to take a photo or choose their best photo. Photos are then uploaded to a secure database.

The photo is moderated by a user-friendly app. Once a photo is approved in moderation app, the photo will be shared with the rest of the festival on a giant screen. With swift moderation the uploaded image can be on screen in under 20 seconds.

Our clever algorithm ensures recently submitted photos gain priority, so the public get instant gratification seeing their photo appear within a few seconds of submitting. Photos taken will sit in the database and can run as a slideshow of the best selfies / snaps showing off the best of what your event has to offer.
